The Cambridgeshire Victim and Witness Hub supports victims and witnesses across Cambridgeshire and we are looking for a passionate and motivated Business Support Officer to join our team.As a Victim and Witness Business Support Officer you will provide administration support to the department, supporting the team to deliver end to end support to victims of crime and ASB from initial report to Police or self-referral through to the conclusion of any criminal justice process and beyond.The successful candidate should have previous experience of working within an administration-based environment, know how to use windows-based software, have good communication skills both written and verbal and be able to work under pressure.
This is a permanent, full-time position and the successful candidate would be expected to work between 08:00hrs and 18:00hrs on a rota basis.
Minimum Entry Requirements;
The post holder will very occasionally be needed to work additional hours of an evening.
