An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire (BCH) Forensics Division. The role is a senior management role that has accountability for the delivery of all forensic crime scene services across the three force collaboration. The role holder will oversee operational delivery from numerous teams across the three counties, including both traditional forensic crime scene teams and forensic collision teams (approximately 120 staff / officers).

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual to work as part of a leadership team, driving operational delivery, efficiency and strategic direction.

BCH forensics has a continuous improvement approach and is in the process of delivering a significant program of change to ensure full compliance to the Forensic Science Regulators Code of Practice and the accreditation requirements for ISO 17020.
